All the Request related to cancellation must be submitted to the accounts and sales department of Mazekul. You can submit your cancellation request on info@mazekul.com and accounts@mazekul.com or mail us the cancellation request letter (At our office address described on the website). On receipt of your request, our accounts department will contact you for issues on cancellation and will guide you relatively to further processes. Once getting the cancellation request, the department will look into the issue and act accordingly to the situation till it reviews the matter. After the review process, the accounts team will issue a cancellation code for you, without which, your cancellation can't be considered as valid.

Mazekul does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. We will act upon the agreement signed, accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed between the client and Mazekul.

Mazekul.com does not offer any reimbursement for transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount which is paid to third parties, for the services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges, that is non-recoverable for Mazekul.

Eligibility For Refund

At Mazekul a creative digital agency India every project is important to us and we make sure that we handle each project with utmost care and professionalism. Our aim is to provide the results as per the terms and conditions of the proposal/Agreement. However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go for the dispute resolution process, we consider refund requests as per the following program in which our services and refund policy related to each service are very clearly listed:

Website/Web design

Full refund: In cases wherever the project has not been started or if the initial design layout has not been approved. The Full Refund policy will initiate after receive the upfront payment date and will take up to 30 Days to refund the amount.Please be noted that full refund doesn't include transaction gateway charges.

Partial refund: If there's a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy once the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund is in proportion to the work completed. This will not imply if more than 35% of work has been completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server or about to be completed. This also includes "I don't like it" situation of the client.

Logo design / Graphic design

Full refund: In cases where the project has not been started or if the initial design style has not been made.

Partial refund: If there's a failure to deliver as per our delivery policy once the approval of the initial design style. The partial refund is in proportion to the work completed.

No refunds: If the project has been completed and uploaded on the server or about to be completed.

Web programming

Full refund: If the project has not been initiated.

There is an associate agreement for each internet programming project. However, if there's no agreement and no clear discussion of the refund policy, the subsequent delivery policy can hold true.

Partial refund is issued as per the judgment of the service supplier if we fail to complete the project in accordance with the delivery policy and contract of agreement. Applicability Of The Delivery Policy

A project isn't taken to be void unless the prescribed payments are clear.

The refund policy isn't applicable if the specified info for the productive completion of the project isn't given to us at the correct time. If there's delay or failure in the completion of the project as a result of improper communication from the client, it can't be attributed to Mazekul.

As a part of our service, we revise the design once and do all minor adjustments once based on comprehensive feedback. No refund is possible under the condition that you did not like the design.

If there is a case of prepayment and the client did not respond to any of the communication methods used or not try to communicate with mazekul at all within thirty days of the payment then task/work should be clearly understood as completed by both Mazekul and the client. In such case, mazekul is not liable to do any work or task against which the payment has been done nor does the mazekul is liable to offer refunds of the same.

Processing Of Refunds

The partial refunds are processed and mailed within thirty business days of the date of cancellation and can be led to undergo the process of payment prescribed within the starting of the project ie; refund by cheque or refund by card.

And The full refunds are processed and mail within fifty business days of the date of cancellation and can be led to undergo the process of payment prescribed within the starting of the project ie; refund by cheque or refund by card.

Changes

Mazekul might at any time, while not previous notice under its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. you're so requested to review this policy over time. Your continued use of Mazekul web site once any such amendments technically implies your acceptance or an equivalent therefrom.
